Michelle Zaniewski M.D., F.A.C.P., F.A.C.E., C.C.D., C.M.E.S., F.A.S.L.M.S.
Dr Zaniewski graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin. She attended the University of Wisconsin Medical School where she graduated with honors. She was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
She did her internship and residency at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio and her fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. She is double board certified and does clinical research. She started her private practice in 1982. She has taught for the University of Texas Medical School and was clinical faculty there. She has achieved Fellowship in the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, the American College of Physicians and the American College of Endocrinology.
She was selected as one of Houston’s Top Docs by HTexas magazine in 2005, 2006 and 2007. She was features in Houston Modern Luxury Magazine’s Profiles in Healthcare Distinction in March 2007.
She has invented and was the first to publish an article on the innovative new effective laser treatment for acne using the Erbium: YAG laser. This was reported in the December 2006 Journal of Cosmetic and Laser Therapy.
She is a member of the teaching faculty of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and the Asia Pacific Aesthetic Medicine Association. She lectures nationally and internationally on various topics including Laser Medicine, chemical peels and a variety of other topics.
In addition to endocrine procedures, she and her staff perform Laser hair removal, Laser Skin Rejuvenation, Laser Acne treatment, Laser vein treatment, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, Botox injections, treatment with dermal fillers, Mesotherapy and Lipo-dissolve treatments and Carboxytherapy.
