Laser Vein Treatment
Laser Vein TreatmentSpider veins and telangiectasias are small veins that may occur on the face or on the legs. On the face they appear red or purple and may be related to sun damage or Rosacea. Telangiectasias on the legs may be red, purple or blue and may be related to genetics, hormonal causes or abnormal blood flow.

Our laser treatments allow us to deliver a precise dose of energy to each vein. The laser energy passes through the skin and is absorbed by the blood vessel. This causes clotting of the blood and damage to the vessel. The vessel breaks up and is gradually absorbed by the body over a series of weeks.

The majority of treated blood vessels will be gone in one or two treatments. These are spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. We recommend compression stockings or ace bandages after treatment for leg vessels.
